Inspire Those Emerging Leaders by Tapping into Strengths
For years, managers and directors have observed the rise and departure of gifted employees who have not been fully engaged in their organizations. The reality is, the workplace is changing, and the needs and wants of employees today is different than it was ten years ago. We’ve seen the changes and want to help organizations stabilize the workforce by inspiring emerging leaders with something uniquely better. We have successful experience in coaching and supporting organizations in this way, and recognize that providing a whole new generation of emerging leaders with the ability to leverage their talents gives organizations unique power and edge. “The wonderful thing about talents is that they hold great potential for us. It is through our talents that we tap into our greatest potential for success” (Gallup, 2018). By investing in the natural, and sometimes raw, talents of employees, we can help build measurable results. For example, when organizations commit to a Strengths-Based Culture practice, research indicates that there is a 73% lower employee turnover.
To enhance the leadership capacity for your emerging leaders to deliver results, we will spend a day with them, to provide insights on how to deliver stronger results through unique strengths and character preferences, and to create energy for continued development and growth. Participants will walk away with the ability to see how to use their unique strengths and behaviors to do more and be more, to experience greater significance in success through awareness of their Strengths and DISC Behaviors, the creation of action steps for how to deliver greater significance out of success by using Strengths and Behaviors, and moving on to clear next steps to continue progress.
If this sounds like something that would benefit the emerging and aspiring leaders in your organization, you may choose to send them to our 1-day workshops at Talerico Group in Mt. Lebanon, with the expectation that we will develop a winning recipe for success, including DISC Behaviors and CliftonStrengths, along with a follow up individual coaching session. For organizations wishing to develop 5 or more individuals, please contact us for on-site offerings. To register for a session on December 3rd or 4th, visit our EventBrite page, answer a few questions, and you will receive access to the assessments.
Earlybird registration ends November 7.
